The Platform operates entirely online through web browsers and does not require software installation. Free access tiers are subject to usage limitations, which may include restrictions on the number of generations, output length, or feature availability. We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time.

The Platform is designed as a productivity and creative assistance tool. Content generated by our AI should be reviewed and verified by the user before publication or distribution. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors, and users bear responsibility for all content they choose to publish or share.

3. User Obligations

As a condition of using the Platform, you agree to the following obligations and restrictions:

• Lawful Use: You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, provincial, national, and international laws and regulations, including those of Canada and the United Kingdom.
• Account Integrity: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Prohibited Conduct: You will not use the Platform to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, hateful, or that promotes violence, illegal activities, or harmful behavior.

• No Reverse Engineering: You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code or underlying algorithms of the Platform or its AI models.
• Content Responsibility: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before using it for any purpose. You will not attribute AI-generated content to A & M TOOLS LTD as the author.
• Compliance with Third-Party Terms: When using content generated through the Platform on third-party platforms (social media, publishing platforms, advertising networks), you will comply with those platforms' respective terms of service and content policies.

Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Platform, without prior notice or refund of any fees paid.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, code, AI models, algorithms, templates, user interface elements, and documentation associated with the Platform are the exclusive property of A & M TOOLS LTD or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom and international treaties.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Platform's interface, design, or proprietary technology.

Regarding content generated through the Platform: you retain the right to use AI-generated text and images for your personal and commercial purposes, subject to the usage limitations of your access tier. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection in all jurisdictions, and similar outputs may be produced for other users based on similar inputs.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding the Platform become our property, and we may use them without any obligation to compensate you.

5. Disclaimers

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant or represent that:

• The Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, bugs, or viruses.
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free from factual errors.
• The Platform will meet your specific requirements or produce results suitable for any particular purpose.
• AI-generated content will be unique or will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Using the Platform will produce any specific commercial, financial, or business outcome.
• Defects or errors in the Platform will be corrected within any particular timeframe.

You understand and agree that your use of the Platform and reliance on any AI-generated content is at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any decisions made or actions taken based on content produced through the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A & M TOOLS LTD, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data, goodwill, or reputation.
• Cost of procurement of substitute goods or services.
• Any damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use AI-generated content.
• Any unauthorized access to, alteration of, or loss of your account or data.
• Any third-party claims arising from content you generated and published using the Platform.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of A & M TOOLS LTD for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100.00).

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and even if A & M TOOLS LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A & M TOOLS LTD, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and court costs) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Any content you publish, distribute, or share that was generated using the Platform.
• Any dispute or claim between you and a third party arising from your use of AI-generated content.

We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims. You will not settle any such claim without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned, operated, or controlled by A & M TOOLS LTD. These links are provided for your convenience and informational purposes only. We have no control over the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or opinions expressed on third-party websites.

Class Action Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action.
